The Hot Rox Jewelry, healing line is non-traditional; the studio doesn’t work around seasons or trends. Hot Rox produces pieces that ebb and flow from emotions, imagination, and themes that vary from grouping to grouping although the artist’s strong personality connects each piece. Hot Rox offers unique, one-of-a-kind and limited edition jewelry using individual components that may vary – delivery is available upon request. Each shipment will contain jewelry sized jute bags as well as healing information cards per piece.

We are committed to working with our retail outlets so that we can succeed together. Here are some ways that we can assist and support you:
- *Specialize in moderately priced, eco-friendly and extremely unique healing jewelry, handmade in the United States by Andrea Rosenfeld and other award-winning artists
- *Provide metaphysical strength to each piece using Reiki and other cleansing techniques; bringing good health to your clients
- *Give you choices by offering vignettes that are either one-of-a-kind or limited edition works
- *Allow you to trade in pieces that may not be working for your particular customer
- *Give your clients something extra with their purchase of my work with the knowledge that I donate 10% of my sales to charity each month.
- *Provide you with marketing materials, including artist’s bio, press book, healing information cards with each design, posters for events that we have together, business cards and more
- *Embrace special orders for clients that have a particular healing or aesthetic desire.
- *Support any charitable organizations that are near and dear to you by donating jewelry or proceeds during a specific month or charity event.
- *Graciously meet your clients at Trunk Shows or Meet the Artist events
- *Announce, on my website, which item is for sale in your store with your contact information
- *Professionally publicizing our special events to your local media to garner more attention and press
Pick Box
Let’s face it – an online picture is not the same as holding a piece in your hands, wrapping it around your body to feel the weight and seeing the work against your skin . We are more than happy to send a pick box so you can select the items in person. If you would like to keep the assortment and turn it into a Trunk Show, we would be thrilled but would need to work that out in advance. We accept a “hold” payment for the box but you only pay for the items you choose to sell.
Orders & Payment
Minimum five (5) item first-time orders, two (2) item re-orders. Pay Pal, business check or money orders are accepted. Proforma orders preferred. Shipping and insurance are extra and paid by retailer. A $15 fee will be charged for all returned checks. Contact Andrea Rosenfeld’s studio to set up a store account.
Shipping
Shipping and insurance will be paid for by purchaser. UPS or FED EX is the preferred method of shipping.
Repairs
In the event that any item becomes damaged during shipment to you, our studio will repair it, free of charge, as long as we are made aware within 7 days of receipt of shipment. After 7 days, or if the piece is damaged beyond the repair abilities of our staff, we will have your item repaired for a charge of the materials used, shop/studio charges and shipping fees.
All jewelry must be returned in secure packaging. All returns must be insured for the full retail value. Andrea Rosenfeld and her staff is not responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen or misdirected packages or items.
Custom Orders
Custom Orders are will be maintained by the retail store. Andrea Rosenfeld studios will not contact the client unless it’s necessary and the store has knowledge. The minimum retail order for a custom piece is $400. Andrea Rosenfeld has the right to refuse or cancel the order at any time at her discretion. Please be aware that custom orders are FINAL: returns will not be accepted.
Donating
Andrea Rosenfeld and Hot Rox Jewelry feels strongly about donating to charities; alone and with the stores that purchase our work. You can see list long list of charities here and if you have a specific charity request, please let us know. Hot Rox Jewelry also participates alongside their retail stores, donating jewelry, as well as attending galas and events that are important to their clients.
